First Street models use validated and proven methodologies to ensure model accuracy. Our data packages include all of our perils (Flood, Wildfire, Wind, Heat, and Air), at varying geographic levels (including property, state, county, census tract, and zip code).

The are four main ways to license First Street's data:

First Street's Enterprise Suite

First Street's data and innovative climate risk financial modeling (CRFM) are accessible via the First Street Enterprise Suite. This suite empowers financial institutions, asset owners, and companies to upload property portfolios and quickly see exposure, damage, and downtime from a comprehensive set of climate hazards. It executes correlated risk models to determine the combined tail risk for a portfolio in the present year and over the next 30 years. Additionally, the suite forecasts changes in insurance rates for portfolio assets, assesses the effects of climate-driven migration, and evaluates the impact of these factors on property values in the near and medium term.

First Street's Bulk Data

First Street's property level data and agregate data can be licensed at a regional or national level. This option is popular with financial intuitions, federal agencies, and the large companies.

First Street's API

First Street's property level data and map layers can be easily accessed and integrated into end user facing or internal software. This option is popular with technology providers and companies with software development capabilities .

First Street's AWS Marketplace

First Street's aggregated data is available on the AWS Data Marketplace. This self-service option is popular with academics, researchers and local governments.
