Subscription and trial cancellation
To cancel your trial or subscription you need to go to the manage subscription page.
You'll need to log in with the account you used when you started your trial or subscription.
At the top of the page you'll see a link to cancel your trial or subscription.
Click the link and confirm our decision to cancel.
Refund Policy
At this time we are not providing any refunds for any First Street purchases. You must create a First Street account to purchase property reports. To create a First Street account you must agree to the terms and conditions and privacy policy. Our terms and conditions state that refunds are currently not allowed.
Payment questions and issues
Update payment method
Your credit information is stored in your First Street account under My Billing. You must first sign in using your password and the email registered with your account to update the payment information saved to your account. To update the credit card saved to your account:
- Click on My Billing in the drop-down under your user icon on the upper right side of the screen
- Under payment methods click Update to change the credit card currently associated with your account.
- Click Save card info for Risk Factor to remember these changes.
View invoices
You can find invoices of all the properties you’ve unlocked with credits or purchases in your First Street Account. Ensure you are signed into your account and follow the instructions below:
- Click on Account Settings in the drop-down under your user icon on the upper right side of the screen
- Go to My Billing.
- Click Billing History to review your invoices
